• ▢ 1 purple onion, sliced thinly

• ▢ 4 tablespoons fajita seasoning
• ▢ 8 6 inch flour tortillas
• ▢ sour cream

Instructions

 

• Pre-heat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
• Place chicken, peppers, and onions into a mixing bowl, along with the oil and fajita seasoning. Toss to coat.
  1 ½ pounds chicken breast, sliced, 2 bell peppers, sliced into thin strips, 1 purple onion, sliced thinly, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 4 tablespoons fajita seasoning
• Add the seasoned chicken mixture to the air fryer basket. You can crowd the basket but don’t overfill it. If needed, cook the mixture in 2 batches.
• Cook each batch for 10 minutes. Remove and let rest for a couple of minutes.
• Warm the tortillas and add a spread of sour cream. Add the cooked chicken mixture, and top with cheese and cilantro.

• Try to cut the chicken and vegetables into evenly sized pieces to ensure they cook evenly.
• You can also use sliced portobello mushrooms in the main filling instead of or along with the bell peppers.
