Sweet and delicious and so easy to prepare, this Cinnamon Cannoli Dip is perfect to serve with graham crackers or strawberries. You need to have this at your next party!
Food blogging is so fun, but it is also a lot of work, more than I ever imagined!
Of course, for me it is a hobby and not my main source of income, so I have a little more freedom to pick and choose the tasks I actually do. However, hobby or not, if you want your blog to grow, there are some things that you absolutely need to do! VIDEO is one of those things.
I have known for over a year now that video is the next big skill I need to learn. However I was very hesitant to start because it is not something you can just pick up quickly. And it is tough for me to find a chunk of time to really dig in and learn. I mean, my free time is already tied up with recipe development, photography, writing posts, and promoting on social media. Where the heck am I going to find time to make videos?!
The answer ended up being that some other things need to slip a little in order to make room for video, but that is OK. Hopefully once I get the hang of it, it won't take so much time and I can balance it with all those other activities.
Soooooo.....long story short....I am now looking to do a video once or twice a month. And now I am working with my friend Lisa from Jersey Girl Cooks, which is great because we can help each other and share equipment. Plus and it makes the whole process a lot of fun!
This AMAZING Cinnamon Cannoli Dip recipe was the first video that we did together, and it isn't half bad, if I do say so myself! The recipe is Lisa's, and it is really easy and delicious. You definitely need to make this for your next party! I guarantee that your guests will be raving about it.
