Air Fryer Avocado Grilled Cheese
Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix in the red peppers.
Butter one side of each slice of bread and place 4 in the air fryer basket.
Place a slice of cheese on each piece of bread.
Top the bread with the avocado mixture and another slice of cheese.
Finish off each sandwich with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
Air fry at 400 F for 6 minutes, then flip and cook another 3 minutes.
