Garlic Parmesan Crock Pot Bread
Combine flour, yeast, garlic salt, and Parmesan.
Add minced garlic to water, mix into dough, then cover with plastic for 1 and 1/2 hours.
Sprinkle cornmeal onto parchment paper and dump dough out onto the surface.
Form into a round, sprinkle with more cornmeal, then cover for 1/2 hour.
Preheat slow cooker, remove plastic from dough, and transfer parchment paper to slow cooker.
Place a layer of paper towels over the slow cooker and cover with a lid. Cook for 2 hours.
Cool on a rack before serving, then enjoy!
