Cook the beef and onions, then add seasonings once browned.
Cook pasta according to package and drain water.
Combine meat and onions with pasta sauce, cooked pasta and cream in a casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheese and back at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
