Combine well and turn off sauté mode.

Add diced tomatoes, coconut milk, potatoes, and 1/4 cup water.

Mix top layer and add a bay leaf, then cook for 4 minutes and pressure release for 4.

Remove bay leaf and add frozen peas and cauliflower.

Cook until cauliflower softens, either stirring on sauté mode or pressure cooking for 0 minutes.
