Saute onions in olive oil for 2 minutes, then add garlic and saute until fragrant

Turn off saute mode and add beans, celery, carrots, & butternut squash

Add in oregano, bay leaf, and dried oregano, then diced tomatoes and tomato paste

Add in the vegetable stock

Pressure cook for 5 minutes, allow 10 minutes to come to pressure, then natural release for 15 minutes

Turn saute mode on and add pasta, spinach, and zucchini

Simmer for 8 minutes (until pasta is cooked), then serve and enjoy!
