Easy Chocolate Raspberry Fudge

Place the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 1 minute and stir. If needed, microwave again, 20-30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until all the chocolate chips are melted.
Add the raspberry extract and mix until combined.
Pour into an 8x8 pan lined with wax paper.
Sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the fudge and press in slightly, if desired.
Refrigerate 3-4 hours until set.
Cut the fudge into square chunks and drizzle with the melted red candy melts, if desired.
