Prepare an 8-inch pan by lining it with wax paper (or use parchment paper).
Place the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl.
23 oz milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Microwave on high for 1 minute and stir. If needed, microwave again, 20-30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until all the chocolate chips are melted.
Add the raspberry extract and mix until combined. Pour into the 8x8 inch prepared pan.

Sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the fudge and press in slightly (optional). Refrigerate 3-4 hours until set.
