  • Place the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave on high for 1 minute and stir. If needed, microwave again, 20-30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until all the chocolate chips are melted.
  • Add the raspberry extract and mix until combined.
  • Pour into an 8x8 pan lined with wax paper.
  • Sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the fudge and press in slightly, if desired.
  • Refrigerate 3-4 hours until set.
  • Cut the fudge into square chunks and drizzle with the melted red candy melts, if desired.
