  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, basil, and parsley.
  • Spread each of the rolls with about 1/2 tablespoon butter and place on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle a generous 1/2 teaspoon of the cheese mixture onto each roll.
  • Place in the over and bake about 10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
