Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Combine shrimp, mixed vegetables, cream of shrimp soup, and milk in a large skillet over medium heat.
8 ounces frozen cooked shrimp,
10 ounces frozen mixed vegetables,
10.5 ounces shrimp condensed soup,
⅓ cup milk
Heat until the shrimp and mixed vegetables are thawed a bit.
Add the crab, bacon pieces, ¼ cup of the shredded cheese, pepper, and salt, and heat for about 5-10 minutes until the mixture is warm and the cheese is melted.
8 ounces imitation crab,
¼ cup cooked bacon pieces,
1 ¼ shredded monterey jack cheese,
¼ teaspoon salt,
¼ teaspoon pepper
Spray a 1.5 quart casserole dish with cooking spray, and place the first pie crust along the bottom and up the sides.
Pour the seafood mixture into the crust, then sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
Arrange the second crust on top, then cut a slit in the middle.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
