Instructions
Cook the edamame according to the package instructions.
10 ounces frozen shelled edamame
In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, chipotle powder, salt, and pepper.
1 tablespoon lime juice,
¼ teaspoon chipotle powder,
¼ teaspoon salt,
⅛ teaspoon pepper
Add the lime juice mixture to the edamame and toss to coat.
Mix in the sunflower seeds right before serving.

Notes
Other seasonings that would add to the flavor of this dish are garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
You can substitute smoked paprika for chipotle powder if you don't have any on hand.
To make your own chipotle powder blend, combine chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, coriander, and sea salt.
Any vegetable would taste great with this chipotle lime coating; try it out on all of your favorites.
