Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Mix together the egg and milk in one bowl.

Combine the blue cheese mix, pepper, breadcrumbs, and parsley flakes in a separate bowl.
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs, 1.25 ounces blue cheese dip and dressing mix, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 2 tablespoon parsley flakes
Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture and place in a baking pan.
3 or 4 bone-in pork chops
Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the pork chops over and bake for a further 10 minutes, until the pork chops are done and the juices run clear.

Can't find blue cheese dip and dressing mix? Use the same amount of ranch dressing mix instead!
Bone-in pork chops are the best, as they tend to be juicier and more flavorful. Center-cut chops are a good choice for even cooking. However if all you have is boneless pork chops, they will work too.
The exact cooking time and temperature may vary depending on the thickness of your pork chops, so use a meat thermometer to ensure they are cooked to perfection. The pork chops should reach the recommended internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Be careful not to overcook your pork chops, as they can quickly become dry.
After baking, allow the pork chops to rest for a few minutes under a tented piece of aluminum foil. This helps redistribute the juices throughout the meat and keeps it moist.
