  • 1 package whole wheat noodles
  • 2 tablespoons buttery spread
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12-16 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 9 ounces lemon-dill tuna (2 cans)
  • Dash of dried dill weed (optional)

  • Cook the noodles, following the directions on the package.
  • While the noodles are cooking, add the buttery spread and olive oil to a large skillet, then add the mushrooms and heat on medium-high, cooking until they become soft.
  • Add the parsley flakes and tuna, and mix until combined. Reduce heat to low to keep the mixture warm.
  • When the noodles are done, drain and add to the skillet with the mushrooms and tuna.
  • Mix until well-combined and serve.
  • If you like, as a serving suggestion, sprinkle some dried dill weed over each individual portion.
