These white chocolate Christmas pretzels are a super easy-to-make, deliciously sweet and salty treat that is perfect for the holiday season! Make a big batch of these white chocolate covered pretzel treats for a great edible homemade gift idea.
Melt the white chocolate chips (see below for microwave or stovetop directions).
1 package white chocolate baking chips
Remove the melted chocolate from the heat. Dip one half of each pretzel into the chocolate and place on the baking sheet.
1 package mini pretzel twists
Add the sprinkles on top.

Microwave directions:
Place the chips in a microwaveable dish and heat on 50% power for 1 minute.
1 package white chocolate baking chips
Stir, then continue to microwave in 30 seconds bursts, stirring in between, until melted ad smooth.
Stovetop directions:
Use a double boiler (or make one by using a medium pot with simmering water and place a heat-proof glass bowl inside the pot on top of the water).
Stir the chocolate chips while melting over the double boiler.

Notes
You can substitute white candy melts for the white chocolate chips if you wish. Or you can use other flavors of chips - milk chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, peanut butter, butterscotch, etc.
Make sure to let the dipped pretzels set completely before packaging them for storage or as gifts. You can place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to help speed up that process.
