Instructions
Let the vanilla ice cream melt just slightly. Place in a bowl or mixer.

Add in cranberry sauce and mix well.
14 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce
Add in cranberries and fold into the ice cream.
1 cup dried cranberries
Place the ice cream back into the container, or into a loaf pan, and freeze overnight.

Top with walnuts, pecans, or even white chocolate chips to make this dessert extra special.
Stir in some allspice for an earthy, warm layer of flavor.
Add in a tablespoon or two of orange zest for a brightened up flavor.
