soy sauce

honey

Dijon mustard

chopped onion
(use frozen if you don't have time to chop)

pounds
boneless skinless chicken thighs

beer
(any kind you like, changing the beer changes up the flavor!)

Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and mustard
3 tablespoons soy sauce,
2 tablespoons honey,
1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
Set it aside
Cover the bottom of the crock pot with the chopped onion and garlic
1 cup chopped onion,
3 cloves garlic
Add the chicken thighs on top of the onion.
2 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
Pour the beer over the chicken
¾ cup beer
Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve over rice or noodles.
