your favorite sweet white wine
(I used a CK Mondavi Moscato)

sugar

1 ⅔
cup
heavy cream
▢
berries
(optional)

fresh basil
(optional)
Instructions
Combine the wine and sugar in a
plastic bowl
and mix until the sugar is dissolved.
1 cup your favorite sweet white wine,
¼ cup sugar
Add the heavy cream and whip with a
hand mixer
until it becomes thick.
1 ⅔ cup heavy cream
Cover and place in the freezer about 4 hours.
Serve with berries and fresh basil for an elegant presentation.
