Wrap the tortillas in a damp paper cloth and microwave on high for 30-45 seconds to soften them.

Spray both sides of each tortilla and sprinkle with salt.

Turn a muffin tin upside down and drape each tortilla over a muffin cup.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until tortillas are lightly browned and crispy.

Notes
If you don't have cooking spray, you can lightly brush some oil onto the tortillas and then sprinkle the salt.
Skip the salt if you're watching your sodium intake.
Substitute flour tortillas if you prefer them to corn tortillas.
Store leftovers on the counter in an airtight container. When ready, serve them at room temperature or, to restore the crispiness, lightly heat them in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until warm.
