Combine all ingredients except the broccoli and mix well.
6 tablespoons buttery spread, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, Juice from 1 lime, 1 teaspoon lime zest, 1 chipotle pepper from a can, 3 teaspoons sauce from can of chipotle peppers, ⅛ teaspoon salt
Place the broccoli in a large bowl.
4 cups broccoli florets
Pour chipotle lime sauce in bowl and toss to coat broccoli.
Place broccoli on the grilling pan, place on the grill and close the lid, and cook for about 8 minutes, until tender crisp.
