Ingredients

wedges Laughing Cow Cream Cheese

Parmesan cheese

minced garlic

chicken broth or vegetable broth

fresh shrimp

handful of parsley

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions, and set aside.
12 ounces fettuccine
Place the cream cheese wedges in a microwave-safe bowl, warm in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time and stir in between, until melted.
8 wedges Laughing Cow Cream Cheese
Add the Parmesan cheese, garlic, and broth, and mix until combined. Set aside.
¼ cup Parmesan cheese,
½ tablespoon minced garlic,
¼ cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
Spray a large skillet with olive oil spray and heat on medium-high.
Add the shrimp and cook until almost done, about 3 minutes.
1 pound fresh shrimp
Add the sauce and stir, cooking about 1-2 more minutes.
Add the pasta and toss to coat.
Add the chopped parsley (if desired) and toss.
