1cupshredded mozzarella
1cupcooked steak strips
4ouncesblue cheese crumbles
handful of baby arugula(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees Celsius).
Optional steps:
Slice the ½ onion in small strips. Add a little olive oil to a pan, heat over medium high, then add the onion and some salt and pepper and toss to coat.

Allow the onion to cook, stirring occasionally. When the onions start to soften and become translucent, add the mushrooms and keep cooking until the mushrooms are also softened.

Main steps:
Roll out dough to about 16 inches in diameter. Use a little flour to keep it from sticking.
14 ounces whole wheat pizza dough
Place the pizza on a pizza baking sheet or pizza stone and top with the mozzarella.
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Distribute steak strips, then the onion/mushroom combination (if using).
1 cup cooked steak strips
Sprinkle the blue cheese crumbles on top.
4 ounces blue cheese crumbles
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
Before serving, top with baby arugula if desired.

Notes
Use a precooked pizza shell for even easier prep. Follow all the instructions for the other ingredients as written, but bake according to the temperature and time provided with the pizza shell.
Another idea for super easy prep is to buy precooked, frozen steak strips, or even sandwich steaks (like SteakUmm).
