Fresh thyme is delicious in this dish, if you have it on hand. (Use about 3 teaspoons of fresh thyme to substitute for 1 teaspoon of dried thyme.)
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or the freezer for 3 months.
Reheat refrigerated leftovers in the microwave on high for about a minute, then keep microwaving in 30-second increments until you reach your desired temperature. Or reheat in a skillet over medium heat until the pasta is hot. (If your leftovers are frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.)
