Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
1 tablespoon olive oil
Add the mushrooms and saute about 3 minutes until they start to get soft.
8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
Add the spinach and continue to cook until the spinach is a little wilted.
2 handfuls fresh baby spinach
Remove from heat and set aside.
Spray a baking sheet or pizza pan with cooking spray.
Spread the pizza dough on the pan into a circle of desired thickness.
16 ounces whole wheat pizza dough
Spread the sauce on one side of the dough, then top with the spinach and mushroom mixture, pepperoni, and cheese.
½ cup pizza sauce,
3 ounces turkey pepperoni,

Fold the other half of the dough over to form a packet in the shape of a half moon, and press the edges together to seal.
Bake for about 20 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and cooked.
Notes
One pizza pack feeds 2-3 people, but if your kids are older and/or extra-hungry, you may want to make more!
