This turkey meatball recipe utilizes the power of the air fryer to give you an oil-free, lightened up version of a classic meatball without sacrificing flavor.
1 pound ground turkey, ½ teaspoon garlic salt, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, ⅓ cup milk, ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
Portion the mixture (I like to use a small cookie scoop - about 1 ½ tablespoons) and roll between your palms to form 1 to 1 ½ inch meatballs.
Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket, leaving room for air circulation.
Air fry at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. If you wish, you can flip them at the halfway mark for more even browning (I don't usually bother to do that, however).

Notes
No air fryer? You can bake these in the oven! Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
Control the spiciness by adjusting the amount of red pepper flakes. These definitely have a little kick but if you like really spicy food, add more. Similarly, you can reduce the amount or even eliminate them altogether if you don't want spicy meatballs.
