In a large mixing bowl, peel and mash the bananas using a fork or whisk.

Add all the remaining ingredients and whisk until well combined.

Pour into a dish, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

Before baking, lightly whisk then place in the oven for 55-65 minutes at 350 degrees F. Serve with fresh fruit.
