Place the pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, mango chunks, and Greek yogurt in a blender. Also include the ice if you are using it.
1 cup canned pineapple chunks, ¾ cup pineapple juice, 1 cup mango chunks, ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt, ½ cup ice
Blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses. Serve garnished with fresh mango slices, pineapple chunks, and/or fresh mint (optional).
Notes
Add a handful of spinach or kale for extra nutrients.
Add a splash of lime or orange juice to give the smoothie more citrusy tang.
Replace the pineapple juice with coconut water or add a splash of coconut milk for a tropical twist.
Include a scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder to make the smoothie more filling, or blend in a tablespoon of almond butter or a handful of almonds.
Add a handful of berries like strawberries or blueberries for additional antioxidants.
Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or ground ginger for a spicy twist.
