Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (I used fat-free)
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until well-combined.
  • Serve immediately for a softer frozen yogurt, or freeze in a covered container for about 3 hours for a firmer texture.
