Notes
Taste and adjust the seasonings to your preferences.
For a bigger kick added to your seasoning, include ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper to your mix.
For a bit of a sweeter flavor, add a teaspoon of sugar.
To make the mix bolder and stronger, add an extra tablespoon of chili powder.
When mixing the ingredients, you may need to smash up any clumps.
This mix can also be used as taco seasoning! Use it as it is, or add some extra cumin - about ½ teaspoon to 1 teaspoon, to taste.
