Instructions
In a bowl, combine the sliced mushrooms, avocado oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley. Toss until the mushrooms are evenly coated with the seasonings.
8 ounces sliced button mushrooms,
1 tablespoon avocado oil,
1 garlic clove, minced,
½ teaspoon salt,
¼ teaspoon black pepper,
¼ teaspoon dried parsley
Preheat your air fryer to 390 degrees F.
Place the seasoned mushrooms in the air fryer basket, spreading them out into a single layer.
Cook in the air fryer 9-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
After cooking, remove the mushrooms from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish. Serve immediately.

Prep Tips:
Pat your mushrooms dry before tossing with the other ingredients. Excess moisture leads to steaming instead of browning.
Try to keep the mushroom pieces similar in size so they cook evenly.
Variations:
Swap the dried parsley for Italian seasoning, thyme, or herbes de Provence.

If desired, you can substitute baby bella or cremini mushrooms for the button mushrooms.
