Place the mango chunks in the food processor and process until the are broken up a bit and look like small shreds.
16 ounces frozen mango chunks
Add remaining ingredients and process 2-3 minutes until smooth.
½ cup yogurt (plain or vanilla), 2 tablespoons lime juice, ¼ cup pure maple syrup
Serve immediately or, for firmer frozen yogurt, place in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
Notes
If you are making this ahead of time, store it in an airtight container in the freezer. Remove from the freezer 15-20 minutes ahead of serving to let it soften slightly.
You can use Greek yogurt if desired.
Low fat yogurt is fine but the result will be slight less creamy than with regular yogurt.
You can use a food processor or a high powered blender like Vitamix or Ninja.
