Place all ingredients in a blender (however not the lemons themselves, just the juice from them) and blend until smooth.
1 pound fresh strawberries, washed and trimmed, 2 juiced lemons, 1 cup water, ¼ cup agave nectar
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze at least 6 hours.
Notes
You can substitute frozen strawberries for fresh. Thaw them a bit first so that they can be blended easily.
You can substitute bottled lemon juice for fresh. Use about 4 tablespoons of lemon juice. Taste the mixture after blending and add more lemon juice, if needed.
To get the most juice out of your lemons, microwave each of them for 20-30 seconds each then let them cool for a bit. Then cut them in half and juice them.
You can substitute ¼ cup of honey for the agave.
If you want to be fancy, chop some additional strawberries and fold them into the mixture before pouring into the popsicle molds. Yum!
