Instructions
Spray the slow cooker crock with nonstick spray.
Place the potatoes into the slow cooker.
3 pounds baby potatoes
Add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
¼ cup melted butter,
3 tablespoons minced garlic,
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning,
1 teaspoon dried dill,
1 teaspoon salt,
½ teaspoon black pepper
Cook about 4 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high, until the potatoes are tender.
Notes
If you can't find baby potatoes, you can use red potatoes but cut them into about 1 ½ inch chunks.
After cooking, taste and add more seasoning as needed.
Garnish with some fresh chopped parsley or sprigs of rosemary for a pretty look.
Feel free to alter the seasonings you use to customize the flavor of this dish to your liking.
