St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner!
It really snuck up on me as always, and from a blog standpoint I am not ready at all. I did not have the foresight to put together any Irish-related or green-colored or minty or pistachio-containing recipes in honor of the day. (Bad, bad food blogger!)
However, I want to make sure that you are not deprived of some fun and festive St. Patrick's Day recipes as a result of my slacking, haha!
