Ingredients
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 12 ounces frozen pepper and onion strips (1 package)
- 10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies (1 can)
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef.1 pound extra lean ground beef
