Is it the same cook time when recipe doubled?

It will likely take a bit more time, maybe 30-60 minutes longer. Check the potatoes at the 4 hour mark (if you're cooking on low), and if the potatoes aren't tender enough, cook for another 30 minutes, then check again and see if even a bit more time is needed. I hope that helps!
