It’s grilling season! I have been going a little crazy with the grilling lately. After waiting all winter long for the weather to improve, now that it finally has warmed up I just want to grill everything in sight.
This meal was so delicious! Cooking the veggies (green beans, potatoes, onion, and mushrooms) with the foil pouch was new to me, but now that I have done it once I am going to make it a regular practice. I made my own foil pouch and not only did it work beautifully, it was incredibly easy and delicious and I didn’t have to heat up the kitchen by using the oven! And the whole family loved it, which in the end is what matters most.
