Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oatmeal by Dizzy Busy and Hungry
This Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oatmeal is made with steel cut oats and pumpkin puree. It takes about 10 minutes in the evening to put all the ingredients together, and then the crock pot does the rest!
Just set the timer on your slow cooker if it has one, or use a separate timer to plug in the power cord, so that you end up cooking the oatmeal for 4-5 hours.
