👩🏻🍳 Why You'll Love This Recipe
I love making chicken wings in the air fryer! They're quick, easy, and delicious. The skin is crispy and flavorful, the meat is juicy and moist, and clean up is easy as the air fryer can go in the dishwasher!
While an air fryer can't make as many wings at once compared to an oven, it just means the recipe is perfect for small batch wings. This recipe is perfect for 3 to 4 servings and you can easily scale up or down.
Another reason they're great is that whenever game day comes around, I make them in the air fryer so I can have batches being cooked up throughout the game, ensuring that there is always a fresh batch of wings on the table.

👪 FAQs
You can definitely season the chicken wings in advance and let the wings marinate in them in the fridge for 1 to 2 days beforehand. You can also make the wings beforehand and reheat them on the day of. You can reheat the wings in the air fryer for the best results.
I prefer coating the wings in a sauce after air frying them. I find that coating the wings with a sauce and then air frying them will lead to sauce burning and make clean up much more difficult.
Depending on the size of your wings and air fryer, you should be able to comfortable fit 10 to 12 wings.
Psssst...here's a tip: You can use your air fryer to make a whole meal in less than 30 minutes with this Air Fryer Chicken Thighs and Potatoes recipe!
🧊 Storage
The best way to store leftover chicken wings is in an airtight container in the fridge. They'll last for 3 to 4 days in the fridge. Be sure to reheat them all the way through, either in the microwave, oven, or air fryer.
To freeze cooked chicken wings, freeze the wings for 2 to 3 hours on a lined baking sheet before transferring them to a freezer safe container or bag. This keeps the wings from freezing stuck together.
You can freeze the wings for up to 3 months. Thaw the wings in the fridge overnight before reheating.
