Recipes with 5 Ingredients or Less
I’m not gonna lie. There have been times I found a recipe that sounded delicious, but when I looked at the number of ingredients I got overwhelmed and decided to go for something simpler.
When you’re planning your shopping for the week, the last thing you want is a mile-long list! That’s why I love simple recipes like these, which all require 5 ingredients or fewer. (Items like salt and pepper, cooking oil, and water may also be necessary.)
Aside from essentials that you’ll already have living in your kitchen, each of these recipes makes the most of a select few ingredients and doesn’t sacrifice flavor, nutrition, or quality.
Side dishes like Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Garlic or Garlic Butter Microwave Broccoli are simple but tasty ways to get some veggies into your kids. Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken is a comforting and flavorful main course that’s so easy to put together in the slow cooker, and you can even make yummy but elevated snacks like Crab Shack Popcorn or Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate, all with 5 ingredients or less!
